Wrote and designed fact sheets to inform UC Berkeley employees and faculty members about CalTime, the most complex project ever implemented at the university. CalTime includes the campus-wide transition (15,00+ employees) to a standardized timekeeping system, biweekly pay cycles, and new factor-based method of accruing leave.
